A working rhythm around your calendar.
We agree the cadence around your team and the work. A typical plan moves through four stages.
Plan
Set priorities, deliverables and approvals for the month.
Make

Publish
Release approved work on the channels in your plan.
Review
Look at delivery, learnings and priorities for the next cycle.
Strategy sessions, reporting frequency and approval dates are agreed in your Partnership scope.
A project, or a Partnership?
| What you need | Project | Partnership |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | One clear deliverable | Ongoing work across divisions |
| Scope | Fixed deliverables and end date | Agreed monthly capacity |
| Your contact | A project lead | One partner lead |
| Pricing | Quoted per project | Monthly fee by agreed capacity |
We agree divisions, capacity, timelines, revision rounds, minimum term and notice period in writing. Travel, talent, locations, licences and printing are scoped separately where needed.
The details, before you commit.
What is the minimum term?
The minimum term depends on the work and capacity included. We state it in your proposal before you commit.
How much notice do we need to give?
Your agreement defines the notice period and the handover process. There is no assumed universal notice period.
Who owns the finished work?
Usage rights, ownership of final deliverables and third-party licences are specified in your agreement. Source files are included where agreed.
What happens to unused capacity?
We agree whether unused capacity expires or can roll over, and any limits, before the Partnership starts.
Can we add a division?
Yes, we can review the capacity and scope together. Any change to deliverables, fees or timings is agreed in writing.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is consolidated feedback on an agreed version. A new brief or new deliverable is scoped separately.
Got a brief? Or just a wrong idea?
